You spent the budget last quarter. Can you prove what it returned?
PAS95 reconciles your ad, analytics and finance exports into one figure you can defend, states how much of it is solid, and recommends where the next money goes. Then it stops — and waits for your signature.
Your Decision Integrity Sprint completes one Capital Decision Loop — evidence, your approval and a measured result. Nothing else committed. The system that runs it is built, and open to use before you talk to us.
You are not short of data. You are short of an answer.
You already know the shape of it. You discount whatever the ad platform claims, you wait for finance to close before committing, and the argument gets settled in a meeting by whoever is most senior. The decision still lands on your judgement — and next quarter the reasoning has to be reconstructed.
Your dashboards report. Someone still has to decide.
These are the tools sitting around the first decision we run with you — not the category PAS95 competes in. Each answers a real question well. None is designed to reconcile their disagreement, state its own confidence, or hold an action at a named approval. The same gap opens on a pricing call or a renewal; the tools are simply different ones.
What you get is one short document you can act on.
Not a dashboard to check. Not a report that stops at a recommendation. One decision taken all the way through — reconciled, judged, approved, carried out and measured. The brief at the top of this page, built on your numbers.
Reconciled evidence
Your sources resolved into one view, with the origin of every figure attached — traceable instead of arguable.
Stated confidence, graded
Coverage, lags and gaps named on the face of the brief. Every number labelled directly observed, experiment-calibrated, modelled or an unverified proxy. We never call a correlation a return.
One recommended action
How much, from where, to where, over what window — with the owner who carries it out and the baseline it is judged against.
Approval, action and graded outcome
Your sign-off recorded with its reasoning, the action tracked to its owner, and the result measured against the baseline and graded — so the next decision starts from what happened.
You keep the brief and the reconciled baseline either way. Even once, that is a decision your business was going to make anyway — made on checked evidence, carried through to an owner, and judged afterwards.
Decision Integrity Sprint: your first Capital Decision Loop.
One turn of the cycle we would run every month — enough to judge it before committing to a cadence. No platform to roll out, no annual contract, nothing else committed.
Day one starts with the real decision and the evidence behind it — not software setup or a generic discovery programme. You get back a decision brief: what the spend returned, how confident that figure is, where the next money goes, and how you will know whether it worked.
- The person who built PAS95 works on your decision — no account manager, no handover
- Your ad, analytics, CRM and finance exports reconciled into one figure
- A written statement of what the evidence covers and what it misses
- One recommended move — how much, from where, to where, over what period
- The decision recorded with your approval and reasoning attached
- A measurement plan agreed before you decide, so the result can be judged
- Software licences or logins — there is nothing for your team to install
- Access to your ad accounts, bank or payment systems
- Running your campaigns or executing the spend for you
- Any ongoing commitment once the first loop is finished
One decision, taken all the way round.
A loop, not a line: the measured outcome returns to the decision that caused it, so the next call starts from what actually happened. Nothing material crosses stage four unsigned, and each authorised data refresh can raise an early warning before the next call is due. Select a stage for the detail.
Nothing moves until a named person signs.
The recommendation waits in a review queue until a named executive approves, adjusts or rejects it. The approval, the approver and the reasoning are recorded, so a quarter later you can still say exactly why the money moved.
Open it yourself. No signup, no sales call first.
Thirteen screens, one per stage of the loop — open the product wherever your decision actually sits. The whole loop works today: reconcile your evidence, see what it misses, get one recommendation, approve it, and watch the result come back. It uses synthetic sample data. Still in active development: some screens are further along than others.
Built for operators who make the same expensive call every quarter.
PAS95 starts where capital decisions are frequent, material and measurable — and where someone senior is already asking for proof before signing.
This is not for you yet if
- You want a one-off analysis rather than a decision that repeats and can be measured.
- There is no baseline to judge the result against, and no appetite to define one.
- You want an AI that acts with nobody accountable for the decision and no record of why it was made.
- You primarily need reporting or attribution, which the tools you already run do well.
Five conditions make a decision worth governing.
This is the same filter used before agreeing to an engagement. Leave one unticked and that is the reason it may be early. It runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.
It may be early — and we would rather say so.
Without a recurring, material decision and someone accountable for the outcome, the governed decision loop has nothing durable to attach to. We would tell you that on the first call rather than sell you an engagement that cannot land.
Get ClarityWhat we get, what we never get, and where we actually are.
Where we actually are
Early, and straight about it. The system works and you can open it from this page, but it changes most weeks and it is not yet running inside a customer's business. First engagements are founder-led: the product builder works directly on the real decision, and repeated steps are captured for the product. You hear that on the first call, not in month two.
The person building PAS95 works alongside your decision owner on the first loop — close enough to understand the evidence, approvals and operating limits without an account-manager handoff. What repeats is captured in the product; a self-serve model follows only after the workflow has been proven across real engagements.
Marketing budget is where we start, not where we stop.
The same loop — reconcile the evidence, recommend, get your approval, measure the result — applies to pricing, supplier renewals and cash. We are building toward a system that watches those decisions continuously and handles more of the routine work, always inside limits you set and with a named person approving anything material. Today it does one decision at a time, with you in the chair. That order matters: we would rather earn the next step than claim it.
The evidence reaches us today as exports you authorise — the fastest way to start, and the safest way to be trusted. As the product matures that collection becomes automatic: read-only connections into the systems you already run, reconciled continuously. UAE e-invoicing moves the same way — from 2027 your invoices must be structured data, not PDFs, which is the form this loop already reads. The manual work goes away. The signature does not.
