Human authority
Named approval for every material action
A material action stops at a named approver. The decision record captures the recommendation, supporting evidence, stated gaps, approval or override, reasoning, accountable owner, limits, and measurement plan.
PAS95 does not treat a human as a ceremonial final click. The approver remains responsible for deciding whether the evidence is sufficient and whether the proposed action is permitted.
Data boundaries
Authorised exports, not unrestricted system access
- Initial work uses only the sources and exports authorised in writing for the agreed purpose.
- PAS95 does not require banking access, production credentials, write access, or payment authority.
- Customer commercial data is not sold or monetised.
- Customer data is not used to train a shared model across engagements.
- Data scope, use, and retention are agreed before work begins.
Evidence integrity
Every figure states how far it can be trusted
- Directly observed: supported by a source record that can be traced.
- Experiment-calibrated: supported by a suitable controlled test.
- Modelled: estimated by a model with assumptions and uncertainty stated.
- Unverified proxy: a leading indicator that is not presented as a proven outcome.
Explicit limits
